As a community we at St Augustine's are passionate about being shaped by the love of Jesus. Our vision is
to be a healthy sustainable community growing in its love for Jesus, each other and the world. 
We have a number of strategic goals under this vision but one of the first things we want to do and be is a welcoming and safe community. We work hard to meet and exceed all Child Safe requirements. We have been part of a Melbourne University and  Diocesan Pilot program seeking to promote the prevention of Violence against women.

Child Safety

All our children's ministry leaders under go training as well as police and working with Children checks. We have a Child safe policy which you can access here. Or you might like to read the Kid friendly version!

Prevention of Family Violence

We know that family violence happens in every community and we are committed to caring for the most vulnerable. We have a family safety officer you can contact via email. And recommend you check out the resources on the Melbourne Anglican Website here.
