10am @ Moreland
The 10.00 am Sunday service is suitable for people of all ages and runs in person and online. Our style is relaxed and informal with an emphasis on Biblical preaching. We are complying with all COVIDsafe recommendations and you can find our COVIDsafe plan here.
Preaching
A member of our preaching team usually talks about a passage from the Bible following an expository approach from both Old and New Testaments. Occasionally we host a sermon series and invite guest speakers from outside the congregation.
Contemporary and Traditional Music
Our congregation enjoys a mix of contemporary and traditional music which reflects an Evangelical theological heritage. We have a variety of instruments but do not have a pipe organ.
Lively Anglican liturgy
The aim of our services is to help people encounter God personally and communally. Worship is based on the contemporary Prayer Book for Australia, with a high level of congregational participation. We have a mix of Holy Communion, Morning Prayer and Prayer and Praise services.
Children's Ministry
We love to involve our younger parish members in our worship. Children participate in singing and prayer during the service, and we generally have a children's talk each Sunday. The children’s learning time is based on Scripture Union material.
